Welcome to Bauder Elementary!

Welcome to Bauder Elementary School! It is an honor and a privilege to serve the Seminole and Bauder community as Principal. I am excited to partner with our students, families, staff, and community members as we work together to create an exceptional educational experience for every Seahawk.

At Bauder Elementary, we believe that strong relationships and meaningful collaboration are the foundation of student success. By working together with professionalism, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence, we will ensure that every student is supported academically, socially, and emotionally. I encourage families to stay connected, become involved, and never hesitate to reach out with questions, ideas, or ways we can continue to make our school even stronger.

I would like to share a little about myself both personally and professionally. I have proudly served Pinellas County Schools throughout my career and bring more than 30 years of experience in education. My professional journey includes 15 years as a school administrator, five years as a literacy coach, and 12 years teaching students across multiple grade levels—an experience that has deepened my passion for helping every child reach their full potential.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida—Go Bulls! Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, cooking, and taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful beaches.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as Principal of Bauder Elementary and look forward to building lasting relationships with our students, families, and community. Together, we will inspire a love of learning, celebrate each student’s unique strengths, and continue to build a school culture where every child can thrive.

It is with great excitement that I welcome you to another incredible school year at Bauder Elementary! I continue to feel honored to serve such an amazing school community. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of building meaningful relationships with our students, families, and staff, and I look forward to another year of learning, growth, and success together.

I believe strong relationships begin with getting to know one another, so I'd like to share a little about myself both personally and professionally. I graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and earned my master's degree in Educational Leadership from Barry University. I have proudly been a part of Pinellas County Schools since 2011, serving as both a classroom teacher and an Instructional Staff Developer before joining the Bauder family.

My husband and I live in St. Petersburg with our two daughters and three sons. Being both an educator and a parent has strengthened my belief that every child deserves a supportive, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can thrive.

I firmly believe that a strong partnership among families, students, and educators is the foundation of a successful school. When we work together, we create an environment where every child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I have seen firsthand the incredible impact that education can have on a child's life, and I am committed to ensuring every student at Bauder has the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

My goal is to provide every student with a comprehensive educational experience that not only promotes academic excellence but also encourages curiosity, celebrates individual strengths, and inspires confidence, kindness, and character.

Whether you are returning to Bauder or joining our school family for the first time, I look forward to partnering with you throughout the year. Building strong relationships with our families is one of my greatest priorities, and I encourage you to stay connected. My door is always open, and I welcome the opportunity to work alongside you to support your child's educational journey.
